Important: Duchon Defense sells unfinished firearm components, NOT complete firearms. These products include:
- 80% Lowers - Unfinished receivers requiring machining
- Glock Slides - Stripped or complete slide assemblies
- P80 Kits - Polymer80 frame kits
- P80 Slides - Compatible slide assemblies
Federal Classification: Under federal law (ATF regulations), these products are not considered firearms because they are not complete and cannot fire ammunition without additional manufacturing work.
Customer Legal Responsibilities
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Verifying local laws before purchasing any product
- Ensuring you are not a prohibited person under federal or state law
- Being at least 21 years old for handgun components (18 for rifle components)
- Properly manufacturing the component into a functional firearm
- Serializing the firearm if required by state law
- Registering the firearm if required by state law
- Using the firearm only for lawful purposes
- Manufacturing firearms only for personal use (not for resale without proper licensing)
IT IS ILLEGAL TO:
- Manufacture a firearm if you are prohibited from possessing firearms
- Sell or transfer a homemade firearm without proper licensing
- Manufacture a firearm with intent to commit a crime
- Violate any state or local laws regarding firearm manufacturing
